Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan
Breakfast
One or two boiled eggs or omelet
One glass of fat free milk or black coffee
And one or two idlis with sambar
Add these items in your breakfast, these contains less calories which are sufficient to human body. And avoidance of oily food is compulsory.
Having your breakfast between 7- 9am is good for your health.
Mid morning snack
One fresh apple or any other fruit you like
And a handful of dry fruits and almonds.
Fruits and dry fruits gives good strength to your body for whole day. Take your mid morning snacks at 11am is suggestible.
Lunch
One plate cooked rice (without starch), 2 roties
1 cup chicken or vegetable curry, ½ cup curd and 1 bowl salad
Better to eat less rice with more curry and curd, salads gives coolness to your body.
Having meals between 1 – 2pm is good habit.
Mid afternoon snack
Some cucumber and carrot slices or fruit pieces with yogurt
10 to 15 peanuts with salt pepper and lemon to taste
It is suggestible to take mid afternoon snacks between 4 – 5pm.
Dinner
One cup rice and 2 roti with any vegetable curry and 1 bowl of salad, curd or butter milk.
Having dinner between 7 – 8 pm is good for health. And it is better to avoid curd at night time, instead of curd you can take butter milk, it has less calories compared to curd.
End of the day that is before going to sleep take one glass of milk or lemon water or any other fruit juice.
But in winter better to take only one glass of warm milk.
