These extra cells make mass or tumor when collected, however it is still unknown that what causes cancer but there are some risk factors that may contribute to increase the risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer at some stage in life. These factors include
Age
The risk increases as women get older due to the increased level of estrogen so they must take care of their breasts in this age more than they do when they are young. Older women are advised to attend regular sessions of screening when they have no symptom of cancer so that more and more cancer cases can be diagnosed at initial stage where it is easily manageable.
